  • Bookings belonging to them, enabling them to fit bookings in to their own timetable
  • All resources in the school, whether they are booked and issues against them
  • Search by resource to see when it's next available
  • Search by person to see where someone is scheduled to be

See bookings your way. Period view shows bookings aligned with your school's timetable, but you can also view them in hour-by-hour Time view.

Stay abreast of issues with your bookings. Kahu's resource booking views show any tickets logged against selected resources, allowing users to see potential problems with their bookings, and track their progress towards resolution.

Support for timetabled and ad hoc bookings. Kahu combines recurring bookings from your school's timetable with those made on a day-to-day basis, and its colour-coding scheme helps users quickly distinguish the two.

Booking for everyone, made easy. The step-by-step wizard helps users to quickly establish bookings for themselves, and - if they have adequate privileges - on behalf of others.

Lists can be filtered using text search to quickly locate required resources enabling users to select multiple resources to be grouped in to the same booking
