By accessing or using Kahu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
You agree to:
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payments are processed by Apple, and you agree to their payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel anytime through your Apple account settings.
All content in the app, including text, images, videos, and software, is owned by Kahu or our zoo partners. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
You retain ownership of any content you create in the app (such as photos using AR mode). By sharing content, you grant us a license to display and distribute it within the app.
Kahu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. The app provides educational content about real animals, but we cannot control circumstances affecting those animals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kahu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
